      Tonight: Cloud and showers across SE England will slowly clear this evening, with clear spells developing across much of England and Wales, giving a risk of some mist/fog patches. Showers, some heavy and thundery, across W Scotland will persist throughout with gales developing.

      Saturday: Frequent showers and strong to gale force winds will persist across W and N Scotland through the day. Elsewhere it will remain mostly dry, with bright or sunny spells, especially in the E. There will be a risk of isolated light showers in the W under thicker cloud. It will remain cool across N areas, with warmer temperatures across the S and SE.
